I Know What I Like

I know What I Like

i don’t know where i am going
but I like where I have been
i am a traveling man
and i like my whiskey without ice
i don’t have it all figured out
but i like my backdoor
i am a traveling man
and i like my whiskey without ice
i don’t know where I belong
but I like how my paint brush feels
i am a traveling man
and i like my whiskey without ice
i don’t know about your broken words
but i know i like my own space
i am a traveling man
and i like my whiskey without ice
i don’t about your your head games
but I know I like to kick up dirt
i am a traveling man
and I like my whiskey without ice

Lately I find myself more and more intrigued with working on digital line art using photographs I have taken.  I’m hooked at this point.  This particular photograph was taken in Rockport, MA.  I was on my 2nd shoot with the stunning John Madden.  It was a rather cold June morning and I let John warm up his torso in this retro beat-up “Diesel” hoodie I brought just in case.  John had his eye on the hoodie from our first shoot.  At the end of the day, I lost the hoodie to John but I gained some of the most remarkable shots I have ever taken.  I swear clothes can choose the man!!

Be looking for more pics of John as we are in the midst of planning and even more epic shoot.

The poem is about losing oneself and about never being lost.

Cheers, Drew Frederic
