Beauty in Death

Beauty in Death

Model: Jaw bone and teeth of a deceased Moose

Location: Carpenter’s Camp, North Branch, Alderstream Township, Maine

This jawbone has been at my neighbor’s camp for years. I think it wandered through their camp yard and just plonked down. May have been hit by a logging truck on 27 and was injured. May have been chased my coyotes and was exhausted. May have been old age. May have been shocked into death by the naked man in the outhouse. Who knows??

The sun was just perfect this Fall day. Snap snap

“Beauty in Death” is a Series I will be exhibiting to showcase that beauty exists here and after.

Cheers
