Lies of the Mind

Lies of the Mind

In a world where judgements swiftly fall,
By looks and lands, we are falsely defined,
Echoes of sorrow, a silent call.

Eyes not seeing the heart of all,
In shallow glances, truth confined,
In a world where judgements swiftly fall.

From north to south, a divisive wall,
Lies of the minds entwined,
Echoes of sorrow, a silent call.

In every face, a story tall,
Yet, unseen, in shadows lined,
In a world where judgements swiftly fall.

Misunderstood, hearts install,
Barriers, leaving warmth behind,
Echoes of sorrow, a silent call.

Let us rise, and break this verdict,
See souls, not shells, intertwined,
In a world where judgments swiftly fall,
Echoes of sorrow, a silent call.
