My Matty loves loves loves sweet potatoes.\u2002I have been boiling some up, mashing and adding to his dry food in the morning.\u2002I did notice he got a wee bit tired of the treat so I backed off.\u2002I have since found a treat that he adores, “Baked Sweet Potato Chips”.\u2002Very easy to make and can be broken up into small pieces and used for training purposes or just a general overall treat.\u2002Your canine member of the family will love these delicious morsels.\u2002I love them too!!!<\/p>\n\n\n

Ingredients<\/span><\/strong>:
2 large sweet potatoes
Coconut Oil<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Directions<\/span><\/strong>:
1.\u2002Slice up your sweet potatoes into 1\/4 inch slices.
2.\u2002Use a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper and lay the slices down.
3.\u2002Spray with the coconut oil or pour some coconut oil into a bowl and toss the sweet potatoes around in the oil (I tossed them around since I don’t bother buying the spray).
4.\u2002Bake in a 300 degree oven for 1 hour.\u2002You can flip half way through.\u2002I baked mine for 2 hours as mine were on the generous side of 1\/4 inch thickness.\u2002Plus I wanted them to be crispy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
