I Dare You

I Dare You

Genre: Abstract/Cubism

Medium: Oil Pastel

I dare you to put down that blessed phone and look up and see the people around you. You will notice me, I am not like the rest. I will make eye contact with you. You see me. You twitch. Nerves kick in. Your wrist and fingers tighten on your phone. Arm starts to move upward. Don’t give in to the false security of that phone. You know I am smiling. You know you are ridiculous. Get your coffee and walk over to and ask “is this seat taken?” Let it all begin…

Cheers, Drew Frederic
