SMOOTH

Cold clouds and wet roads fill my days
Humming boredom from black rubber
Wanting more than green to look at
Dreams filling my head of what I yearn for

I zip through the walls at my grasp
My thumb is aching from the movement
I am now unlocked with ink and tape
My eyes are fixed and do not blink

I see an image and desire kicks in
Two thoughts in conflict
Capture the beauty within
Desiring the smoothness of

My stomach wrenches as thoughts twitch inside
Written words are heard clearly in my mind
I am now unlocked with ink and tape
My eyes are fixed and do not blink

I entertain the force of a surprise with my grin
Time is given to me not as a choice
I wait until soft rugged hands pull me up
Warm bubbles lit by fire catch my smell

I am entranced by oil on my skin
Cutting through my shame
I am now unlocked with ink and tape
My eyes are fixed and do not blink

Twisted tongue waiting
The mark is found and sounds flee to new heights
Hardness enters into a realm not felt in a while
Pain is welcomed and more is given

Water hits the skin and dryness makes the noise
Soldiers scatter and marks are left in the fog
I am now unlocked with ink and tape
My eyes are fixed and do not blink

Energy snapped worry to the edge before it hit
Seconds travel in space building on each star
Addiction is now time and laughter the fruit
Comforting embraces are no longer thoughts

Eastern delights are taken with moments on grass
Rain hits their hot skin and they do not move
I am now unlocked with ink and tape
My eyes are fixed and do not blink

Feelings felt as vibrations do the calling
Passion is different as kindness flitters about
Joy is moving at a nice pace that is felt within
Open space is freedom

Both are smiling as it names them each
The road grabbed their time in lights
I am now unlocked with ink and tape
My eyes are fixed and do not blink
